Today’s edition is a little different -
a founder diary, a behind-the-scenes update, and a small holiday thank-you.
This month has been one of the biggest in Proskii’s journey,
and you deserve to know everything!!
🛠️ 1. Rajkot: Our First Commercial Batch
A slight delay in our production. Stress na karo ji, all is well.
We fly to Rajkot on 9th Jan, 2026 with our food science team
for our first-ever commercial batch.
We have rebuilt the entire formulation.
Retested every flavour.
Got the texture just right.
And honestly?
These new flavours taste insane 🤤
We’re launching in January too!!
Website → final stage
Packaging → locked
Team → fired up
The finish line is finally in sight.
👥 2. Team Proskii Just Got Bigger
We’ve added three new heroes:
1️⃣ Performance marketing lead - because we need someone who actually runs the ads 🤝
2️⃣ Generalist (Founder's Office) - basically our Swiss Army knife for everything 🧰
3️⃣ Social Media + Graphics Executive - our Adobe ninja, the one who turns our chaos into clean, scroll-stopping visuals ✏️✨

Team thodi mad hai 😜 Kaam bilkul serious hai 🤝
🎉 3. Our Biggest Announcement
Michael Buffam-Wade has joined us as a Board Advisor. 🎉
Michael has over 20 years of global experience.
He’s led strategy, product, and marketing at:
Virgin, HSBC, Lloyds, Santander, NatWest… to name a few
He brings experience, clarity, and the ability to scale brands the right way.
Bonus: His dog Keiko is basically our unofficial mascot now. 🐕
We’re incredibly lucky to have him guide us as we build Proskii into something real.

🌍 4.Gulfood Manufacturing 2025 - Dubai
Last month (Nov 4–6), Rohit attended Gulfood Manufacturing 2025 in Dubai and it was insane!
He met potential vendors, explored breakthrough ingredients, spoke with global food-tech leaders, and got a front-row seat to how the world is rethinking protein.
If you’ve ever wondered how cereal is made at scale or what next-gen protein sources are trending in the US and Europe…this event had it all.
Came back with a notebook full of ideas, a phone full of serious contacts, and a much clearer roadmap for making Proskii not just good, but world-class.

🏠 5. Personal Update
After 5+ years in London, Rohit is officially back in India full-time now.
No more remote work. No more time zones.
And this month, he moved to Mumbai permanently.
Apartment hunt is ON.
If you know good spots in Thane.. slide into our DMs 😂
For the first time, Yash and Rohit will be in the same city building Proskii together.
It feels big. 🚀
