Which Type of “Healthy” Person Are You?

When it comes to eating “healthy”, most of us rotate between three versions of ourselves.

You’ve definitely been at least two 😌

1️⃣ The Monday Starter

Sunday night motivation.
Groceries bought with full sincerity.
Maybe even meal prep.

Monday? Locked in 💪
Tuesday? Still decent.
Wednesday? Slight irritation.
Thursday? “Chalo theek hai, balance bhi zaroori hai.”

By Friday, we’re emotionally preparing for the next reset.

It’s not a discipline issue.
Fresh start ka nasha hai.

2️⃣ The Phase Enthusiast

This one goes all in.

Keto phase.
Smoothie phase.
High-protein-everything phase.

Research done. Pantry transformed.

For 9 days, you are unstoppable.

Then one random Tuesday… bas khatam.

No big reason.
Bas novelty chahiye. Boredom aa gaya.

3️⃣ The Repeat Person

This one is quieter.

Same few foods.
On rotation.
No announcement.

It doesn’t look exciting.
Bas chal raha hai.

But this person rarely has to “start again”.

The part nobody talks about

The person who sustains things long term is usually not the most intense one.

It’s the least dramatic.

No constant reinventing.
No panic over one off day.
No turning food into a personality trait.

Just eating what works.

Aur boring hi stable hota hai.

Guess which type we are 😌

And honestly?

Most foods don’t survive Type 1 or Type 2.

They’re exciting once.
Maybe twice.
Phir shelf pe shaant.

The ones that last?

The repeat foods
The quiet ones.
The reliable ones.

That’s the kind of food we try to build at Proskii.

No drama.
No “new era”.
